By accessing or using any service provided by Cloudwing Host ("Cloudwing," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Cloudwing.

2. Services

Cloudwing provides web hosting, cloud infrastructure, website design, WordPress setup, e-commerce solutions, website migrations, SEO services, and AI consulting. We reserve the right to:

3. Account Responsibilities

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Cloudwing to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You agree that:

6. Uptime & Service Level

Cloudwing targets 99.99% uptime for all hosted services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA thresholds, customers may be eligible for service credits as defined in their service agreement. Credits are the sole remedy for service unavailability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, platform code, and materials provided by Cloudwing — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of Cloudwing Host and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant Cloudwing a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudwing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the control panel. Cloudwing may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Cloudwing Host is registered. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
