Cloudwing is a full-spectrum digital hosting platform built for reliability and performance. Whether you're running a personal blog, an enterprise e-commerce store, or a mission-critical web application, Cloudwing's infrastructure is engineered to handle it.

This documentation covers account management, hosting configuration, domain setup, SSL, WordPress deployments, backups, and how to reach our support team. Use the sidebar to navigate between sections.

Getting started with Cloudwing takes less than five minutes. Follow these steps:

   Create your account

   Visit the signup page and provide your name, business email, and a secure password. You'll receive a verification email within minutes.

   Choose a plan

   Select from Starter, Professional, or Enterprise plans based on your traffic, storage, and support requirements.

3. 3

   Add a payment method

   We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. All billing is PCI-DSS compliant and processed securely.

   Access your dashboard

   Log in to your control panel to begin deploying sites, managing domains, and configuring your hosting environment.

You can deploy a new site from your dashboard in three ways:

• arrow_forwardOne-Click Apps — Instantly deploy WordPress, WooCommerce, or other supported CMS platforms.

To point a domain to your Cloudwing site, update your domain registrar's nameservers to our provided values, or add an A record pointing to your site's assigned IP address.

DNS propagation typically takes between 15 minutes and 48 hours. You can monitor propagation status from the Domain Manager panel in your dashboard. Cloudwing also supports wildcard subdomains and custom CNAME entries.

All Cloudwing plans include free automated SSL certificates powered by Let's Encrypt. Certificates are provisioned automatically when a valid domain is attached to your site and are renewed 30 days before expiry.

Enterprise plans also support custom certificate uploads (EV SSL, wildcard certificates). Navigate to Site Settings → SSL to manage your certificates and force HTTPS redirects.

Moving an existing site to Cloudwing is seamless. Our migration team performs zero-downtime transfers with full data integrity verification. To request a migration:

   Submit a migration request via the dashboard under Tools → Site Migration, or contact our support team directly.

   Provide access credentials for your current host. We accept cPanel exports, SFTP credentials, or direct database dumps.

   Our engineers complete the transfer, perform integrity checks, and confirm with you before updating DNS records.

Cloudwing's WordPress hosting is hardened for speed and security out of the box. Key features include:

Cloudwing's e-commerce hosting is PCI-DSS compliant and optimized for high-conversion transactional flows. We support WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, and custom storefronts.

All e-commerce plans include dedicated NVMe storage, low-latency payment gateway integrations, and real-time inventory concurrency handling to prevent overselling under peak load.

Selected plans include automated backups with the following schedules:

Restore any backup with a single click from the Backup Vault in your dashboard. Restores are typically completed within 2 minutes.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (annual plans receive a 20% discount). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing Center in your dashboard.
